Policy for Musical Instruction

1. The student’s commitment to the full academic year is expected

(September to June)

2. Lessons missed by the student for ANY REASON will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please do not bring your child to their lesson if he or she is ill.

3. Lessons that must be missed by the teacher due to professional obligation will be rescheduled.

4. Tuition fees are based on 37 lessons per term and are due by the first lesson in the term, each cheque post dated to the 1st of the month in the amount of $80(piano), $80(voice), $100(flute) per month payable to: Lena Norkina. (Based on an average of 3.7 - ½ hour lessons per month)

For all additional lessons there will be an extra  charge of $25 for each additional 30 minute lesson for piano, theory or voice and $30 per additional 30 minute lesson for flute. 

5. A $40.00 registration fee per family (non-refundable) will also be levied at the beginning of the term.

6. An additional charge of $35.00 will be levied for each N.S.F. cheque.

7. Written notice of discontinuing lessons must be given no less than 30 days before payment is due.
